Definition
- The Tivoli Audio VIP Warranty Card (“the card”) is a loyalty and warranty card issued by Lenbrook Asia Pte Ltd (“Lenbrook”) that can be used at participating vendors in the Republic of Singapore for enjoying benefits and/or discounts and privileges with various merchants and Lenbrook. Lenbrook deserves the right to refuse certain registrations for the card.
- The member refers to the card holders and is not transferable.
- Promotions, Discounts, Benefits and/or Privileges (“activity”) refer to the specific entitlements that the card holder will possess.
- Participating Vendors refer to the vendors listed on this website and e-newsletters with promotions and programs in place.
- Each and every promotion and/or discount will have a stipulated validity period and is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective activity.
- Member specific privileges refer to personalized e-mail or mail sent to the respective individual for activities arranged by Lenbrook. Such privileges will also be governed by the terms and conditions of the activity within the validity period and will not be transferable.
Tivoli Audio VIP Warranty Card Terms and Conditions
- The VIP Warranty Card (“the card”) is not a credit card and is not transferable. All terms and conditions of the card apply.
- Use of the card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Tivoli Audio VIP Warranty Card. Lenbrook Asia Pte Ltd (“Lenbrook”) may at any time, without prior notice cancel, suspend, modify and/or terminate the program. The card member shall not be entitled to any compensation for any such cancellation, suspension, modification and/or termination. Any unutilized discounts/offers shall be invalidated thereupon or revised accordingly. Lenbrook may also reject/ terminate a certain card member at its sole discretion.
- The card also acts as a warranty card for Tivoli Audio products purchased in the Republic of Singapore. Each member will receive only one card despite owning more than one product. The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the card with valid proof of purchase. The warranty for Tivoli Audio products is governed by the Tivoli Audio Warranty Terms and Conditions.
- When the card member makes a claim at participating vendors or Lenbrook for discounts, promotions and/or benefits, he/she will be required to present the card for proof of eligibility. Where further verification is needed, he/she will be required to produce their NRIC/Passport for identification. Participating vendors and Lenbrook may refuse the card member should verification fail and should the card member not facilitate identification and proof of eligibility.
- Promotions, discounts, benefits and/or privileges are applicable to the card member for only as long as the respective activities are within their validity period. It will be the card member’s responsibility to verify the validity of the activity before proceeding to participating vendors and Lenbrook to make claims. Once an activity dateline is passed Lenbrook, deserves the right to make no concessions to the card member.
- Activities will also be subject to stock availability of goods/products and on a first-come-first-served basis. Participating vendors, suppliers and Lenbrook are not obliged to reserve stock/goods for any member and Lenbrook nor its participating vendors and/or suppliers be held liable for any stock out situations. At the sole discretion of the management of Lenbrook and/or its participating vendors, the card members may choose to take up a possible similar counter offer of goods/products for the activity mentioned.
- The card members are to take note that any and all disputes concerning activities organized by participating vendors shall be settled between the member and the concerned vendors directly. Lenbrook shall not be involved in such claims and/or disputes in any way nor shall Lenbrook be held liable.
- The card members may chose to terminate membership at any time by returning the card via mail or by hand. With immediate effect upon receiving the card the member shall loose all privileges associated with the card.
- Lenbrook Asia Pte Ltd may at any time without assigning any reason and without any prior notice to suspend, terminate and/or cancel any memberships of the card at its sole discretion and refuse all privileges. The card member shall not be entitled to any compensation for any such cancellation, suspension and/or termination
- The Card members shall ensure that Lenbrook is kept informed and updated of any change of particulars and address.
- Lenbrook may at any time:
a.send to the member any form of promotional catalogues, pamphlets, e-newsletters, e-mails and notices; or
b.use or disclose any information relating to any card member to any participating vendor for any purpose whatsoever.
- The card is valid for use in the Republic of Singapore only.

Tivoli Audio Warranty Terms and Conditions
- This warranty is applicable in the Republic of Singapore only.
- This warranty of Tivoli Audio products is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of Twelve (12) Months from the date of purchase.
- This warranty is only applicable in to the original purchaser and shall not be transferable, negotiable or assignable to any third party. The limited warranty shall not be valid in the following situations:
a.The equipment is found to have been tampered, modified, serial number defaced, removed or repaired by an unauthorized person.
b.Defects from using wrong electrical supply, misuse or consequential damage by negligence and abuse.
c.Malfunctions or damages resulting from natural disasters, fire, civil unrest and/or accidents.
d.Usage not in accordance with the instructions in the Owners’ Manual.
e.Normal wear and tear.
f.No proof of purchase and/or Tivoli Audio VIP Warranty card.
- The warranty shall be subject to the following limitations and exclusions.
a.The buyer shall be fully responsible for the due delivery to us of the equipment for any work which shall need to be done pursuant to this warranty and for the subsequent collection thereof the equipment after the said work has been done.
b.The warranty does not include transport or handling charges incurred in the transportation of the equipment to and from the Service Centre.
c.Our decisions on all questions relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship or of materials shall be conclusive and the buyer shall agree to abide by such a decision. Any equipment or defective part/component which has been replaced shall become the property of Lenbrook Asia Pte Ltd.
d.The buyer waives all or any claims to compensate monetary or otherwise which he may be entitled to and shall agree to accept any compensation whatsoever by way of additional repairs or otherwise which Lenbrook in our absolute discretion may deem fit to offer.
- The following items/accessories as specified below shall not be within the scope and purview of this of this warranty. Remote control unit, cables/cord assembly, antennae, adaptors, external parts such as cabinets, front panel, casing, cover, lid and levers, plugs, sockets, control knobs, etc.
- Request for warranty service within the warranty period must be accompanied with a valid Tivoli Audio VIP Warranty card and proof of purchase to:
